Privacy Policy

This site never asks for personal details and shows no ads.

We use Google Analytics to learn which pages are read and which links are clicked (for example, to the app). It sets cookies and receives data such as device type, approximate country and city, and pages visited. IP addresses are not stored, nothing is shared for advertising, and data is deleted after 14 months. For visitors from the EU, UK and Switzerland, analytics cookies stay off.

If you save "my city" or choose a language, it is kept in a cookie on your device only. Searching for a place sends the text you type to Open-Meteo's geocoding service; "use my location" stays in your browser. The globe map is loaded from OpenFreeMap (NASA GIBS).

The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps technical access logs for security. Questions: the contact form.

Waitlist sign-ups and contact messages are kept in a private database (Amazon Web Services) and are used only for this site. To be removed, send a message through the contact form.

Correction reports (including any images) are kept in a private storage bucket (Amazon Web Services), used only to check and fix the times, and images are re-encoded and stripped of location data before saving.
